Renad Younes is the Partner in Charge of the Abu Dhabi office and a senior member of the firm’s Projects & Infrastructure and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. She advises corporations, financial institutions, and government entities on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and large-scale projects across strategically important sectors.
Renad’s practice spans energy, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, defense, space, and strategic government matters and policy. She regularly leads clients through sophisticated M&A processes as well as greenfield project development, combining transactional expertise with deep sector knowledge. From Abu Dhabi, Renad routinely advises clients on outbound investments into Europe and the United States.
Her unique combination of M&A, project development, and sector-specific expertise enables her to advise on large-scale, agenda-setting projects that often culminate in IPOs, equity offerings, and debt capital markets transactions. Renad is particularly skilled at structuring assets and platforms to support successful and strategic capital raisings.
