Christopher R. Williams is the Managing Partner of the Dubai office and a senior corporate and commercial lawyer with deep-rooted experience advising clients across the Middle East. Resident in the UAE since 2008, Chris combines strong regional insight with commercial pragmatism, guiding both the strategic leadership of the Dubai office and a broad, active legal practice.
Chris advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, complex commercial agreements, and general corporate advisory matters. He also has significant experience advising on labour and employment issues—both contentious and non-contentious—and in managing litigation and disputes within the UAE legal framework, including the DIFC and ADGM.
