Dr. Ahmad Bin Hezeem is the Senior Partner at BSA, based in the firm’s DIFC office in Dubai, and is one of the UAE’s most experienced legal professionals with an exceptional background in judicial administration, government service, and litigation.
With over 24 years of experience working within legal and judicial governmental institutions in Dubai, Dr. Ahmad brings unparalleled insight into the UAE legal system, combining practical courtroom experience with deep institutional and regulatory knowledge. His career spans senior leadership roles across Dubai’s courts, police, and executive government bodies.
Dr. Ahmad previously served as the Director General of the Dubai Courts, where he was responsible for the daily operations and strategic oversight of judicial institutions at both the local and federal levels for more than eight years. In this capacity, he played a critical role in the administration, modernization, and governance of the judicial system in Dubai.
